Progressive Programs

Refund policy; 48 hours after payment received - You may receive a full refund if a written email request is sent to info@culturallydefined.com within 48 hours of original payment.

Refund policy; 7 or more days before program start date - You may receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee if a written email request is sent to info@culturallydefined.com. This amount can be refunded back to your original payment method or kept on file as future credit (with no expiry date).

Refund policy; Less than 7 days before program start date and up to 14 days after course start date - You may receive a 50% refund if a written email request is sent to info@culturallydefined.com. This amount can be refunded back to your original payment method or kept on file as future credit (with no expiry date).

Refund policy; More than 14 days after course start date - Please reach out and send an email to info@culturallydefined.com.

Drop-In Classes & Pop-Up Classes

Refund policy; 6 or more hours before class start time - No refunds. Credit may be kept on file for future use (with no expiry date) if a written email request is sent to info@culturallydefined.com.

Refund policy; Less than 6 hours before class start time - No refunds, no credits.
