AUDIENCE

In the past, our shows are typically filled to the brim with loved ones, all looking to cheer on their favourite dancers. Everyone 19+ is welcome and these shows are also open to the public. Let your friends and family members know about your performance— it’s always lovely to celebrate your progress with your loved ones in the audience!

PERFORMERS

Both showcases will feature all the dancers from our current Spring 2025 Signature Progressives! Over 200 dancers plus special performances by faculty, guests, and battlers.

WHAT TO BRING

• your ID (venue is 19+ including for performers)

• your full costume, including shoes and accessories

• touch up make up and hair + a small mirror (if needed)

• a zippable or closeable bag to contain all of your personal belongings (no loose items please)

• your phone

• your RUNWAY tee

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Both show days will be relatively long so please prepare accordingly

• All dancers must be present inside the venue for your scheduled tech times, cast warm up & meeting, + by the time doors open. Between these times, you are welcome to exit the venue and grab food, drinks, fresh air as you need.

• Please be stage ready in preparation for your act. During the other acts and the battle, you are welcome to integrate into the audience to be with friends & family!

• There will be Make Up Artists available during tech to assist with final touch ups and details (eyeshadow, liner, jewels, hair, etc). Please have your base make up (foundation, concealer, blush) complete before going to MUAs. Allotted time ~10min per dancer. First come, first serve in the green room!

• Both shows will be about 1hr 45min in length.

• Photobooth will be available for dancers and guests at the first intermission of the showcase and onwards.

RULES & GUIDELINES

• Please be kind and cool with all community members- lend a helping hand if you happen to have extra time or energy! Some dancers are performing live for the very first time and we all know that stage jitters are part of the process.

• In & Outs are allowed for dancers. Your CASINO ROYALE tee will act as your in & out privileges so make sure to bring and wear your tee upon leaving the venue. Dancers are able to leave the venue for breaks and fresh air during the showcase but keep your phone on you in case we need to reach you.

• Please keep all hallways, staircases, and exits completely clear. No bags or personal belongings are allowed to be stored or tucked away in these areas as this is a safety hazard for our dancers and guests.

• Please do not block the upper mezzanine projector (signage provided).
